If you got a 240 on NBME 15 and have 10 days...I think you'll get atleast 15 points higher. 15 is really hard, and you have enough time to review your weak subjects.

Make sure to review and know these subjects everyday for the next 10 days:

1. Biochem
2. Embryo
3. Pharm
4. Micro

Atleast 15 points higher...Are you kidding me? I would say OP can expect a score somewhere between 235-247 depending on his exam day performance. So much depends on the day of the exam, the type of questions you get, and how good you are at going with your instinct.

one nbme can't predict accurately unless nbme score is very high eg 260+. I dont know what his other nbme scores were? if he averaged above 245+ then yes he can score between 250-240. exam day performance is all that matters including upon luck factor (easy or tough form or exam heavily tilted towards your strong subject etc.)
