Question Parathyroid Hormone Physiology doubt

Parathyroid hormone increases activation of vit d. PTH also increase phosphate excretion from the kidneys. At the same time one of the functions of Vit.D is to increase the reabsorption of Phosphates from the proximal tubule. I don't understand this can some explain this? How can PTH increase excretion when at the same time vit d decreases it which is in turn mediated by PTH?

Thank you
