Default memory problem on the step 1 exam

this is my second week studding for the step 1 exam.
Iam testing my knowledge by solving Kaplan Q bank. I have found my self falling to answer the question correctly, because I just remember a little part of the information.
Please help

If I understood your question correctly, you could try to highlight the important parts of your question with the mouse and try.
