RBC Anemia or Polycythemia in Renal Cell Carcinoma!

Anemia or polycythemia due to increased EPO production (paraneoplastic), which one is seen in renal cancer!

Anemia is more common, and is due to chronic disease.
A small number could have erythrocytosis because of Excess EPO.
