RBC Why Extravascular Hemolysis LDH rise ?

It 's said in intravascular hemolysis RBSs are lysed in the blood, its LDH is released into the circulation raising it's levels.
Anyone can tell me, why LDH is rise Extravascular Hemolysis too?

RBC have ldh, so any hemolysis will increase the amount of ldh.

extravascular just means it occurs inside a organ, like the spleen or the liver. Does not mean that the blood is not affected. ok?
