EKG What are the anterolateral leads in ECG?

Hello everyone,

So I was solving a uworld question on CVS patholgy and this is what I came across:

UW says:

Transmural infraction is in anterolateral left ventricle as ECG changes in Anterior wall(V1-V3) and Lateral(I,aVL).

FA says what is mentioned above about anterior and lateral wall but it also says Anterolateral is lead changes V4-V6.

So I am confused what to go with here. Maybe I am missing some part and hence I fail to understand which one to go with. Any inputs from you guys is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
