Default dr nazeeb or kaplan

am starting biochemistry ...will it be a good idea to go for dr najeeb over kaplan ????
i havent read kaplan till now .....my concepts in biochemistry is very low...what do you suggest ????

Depends on your situation.

How's your general knowledge with Biochemistry? If you have a general idea how the Carbohydrate metabolism and other high yield topics in Biochemistry then go straight to Kaplan.

If you have absolutely no idea what the heck is Biochemistry then do Najeeb Bhai.

I think Kaplan is MORE then enough...with videos....its AMAZING and more then sufficient for Step 1, Najeeb is GOOD, but its toooo long.
