Unhappy Can't Stay Awake!

Hi, my exam is in December, my addiction is sleeping. I am helpless in front of it, I am still sleeping 10 hours daily. please share your thoughts which motivate you and makes you study all night or at least 6-7 hours at night.

Everyone is different as per their sleep needs. You need sleep to consolidate information and improve your memory. If you're sleeping 10hr per day, that leaves you with 14hr to work, so just make the most of those 14hr and there's no reason why you can't make great progress.

Dont worry. I sleep 10 hrs a day myself but do manage to study for 9-10 hrs. Also I take time out to exercise for an hour everyday just to keep myself fresh and going.

dont worry that you are sleeping a lot...it all depends on how much you make the remaining time fruitful...and also try to workout for for half an hour daily if possible...as it also helps you to concentrate better and removes all the stress...
