For me, Pathoma and UW questions are enough.

Default my advice :)

This issue was recently discussed in this thread Very Weak in Pathology, how do I improve?
Here is my take on it:

Goljan RR remains undisputed champion owing to its sheer volume in fact its environmental pathology and nutrition chapter(which I thought were worthless gave me the answers of 3-4 questions in real deal.....Goljan keeps on adding all points that have been tested over the past decade or so and that is why it keeps on increasing in size with every new edition....saying this every student cannot grip 700+ pages of Goljan and if this book not properly done can actually backfire.

Pathoma(along with its videos) is a new player and although it doesn't contain all 260+ material it still contains ALL THE HIGH YIELD points which are must for step 1 exam and because of its concise volume it can be read multiple times. If you are doing Pathoma know it cold.

Goljan audio are old but are still relevant in making you understand that how we all should think about boards and how we are suppose to INTEGRATE our knowlege for step1.

My advice:

If your target score is 240-250s then do:

Pathoma+videos (first) and then Goljan audio(along with its transcripts and slides)
( Do give a read to environmental, nutrition, genetics ,Fluid and electrolyte chapters from Goljan as pathoma lacks it)

I highly recommend this approach as it will give you time to study other six subjects as well ...remember that in step1 if you are looking for 250+ score you cannot afford to have weak links because exam will make sure to expose that weak link and it will impact your score eventually.

Keep your prep simple and stay loyal to time tested Kaplan(except pathology)+pathoma+goljan audio+ F.A+U.W Q bank+NBMES(take two as assessment and rest as a practise bank).

If you are a gunner/in med school/looking for 260+:

then do pathoma videos and read corresponding Goljan RR.

Always choose a study plan/books that suits you temperament and that can do your job in reasonable amount of time

All the best
