Help USMLE format of exam? concerns

hi just wondering on how the exam will look like?... in my country its just paper and pencil and shade letters according to answers no pictures no diagrams no computers... just plain paper and pencil..

i have read that there are pictures??? and listening to stuff... T_T

just wanted to know what kind of format the exam has..
1. can we skip numbers and such and come back to them after?
2. are subjects segregated like physio in the first block patho in next?

i have read in the forums but i can't grasp the concept on how the exams would look like if anyone could share their exp it would be a great help

thank you very much in advance and God bless

Even though you don't have time you should definitely do usmleworld because this will help you to pass and get a high score. Plus, it has the same format as the exam. Especially if you are not familiar with computers or multiple choice answers! Wish you the best for the long journey!
