from FA 2013, it states that quinidine is a P450 inhibitor however, from DIT, they said it's a inducer... which one is correct..?

Quinidine is a P450 inhibitor.

The way I remember this is that QuiniDine "Quiets Down" P450.

Never trust DIT over FA.

2012 fa says it is both inducer and inhibitor. but the predominant action is induction... also remember quinidine displaces digoxin from its binding site and leads to toxicity. i guess the latter fact is more relevant to know .
