I would suggest do a block of uworld everyday, revise the
explanation thoroughly for correct and incorrect options. Later in the day revise the topics of your wrong questions from first aid. Take notes in fa from uworld where necessary.
Focus on figuring out pattern of mistakes. Try to eliminate options and choose the best one from the remaining options. After going through uworld do first aid again and then see where you stand by doing an nbme.
Don't worry about your scores they will improve. Hope that helps!

I would say do it subject wise with FA and go through each and every explanation even if you get it right .... and then take an nbme

RX is great for your first read. You can do it alongside your first aid and it helps in reinforcing a lot of stuff that is written in FA. But it won't certainly enhance your knowledge the way UW does. So my advice would be to stick with UW. Many people have achieved tremendous scores by sticking to FA, UW,Pathoma/Goljan and Kaplan videos. Do it twice and if you still feel that you lack something, then do it thrice because with each read you'll come across something completely new which you skimmed over in your previous read. Revision and sticking with limited resources guarantees a good score imho. Good luck with your prep.
