I GUESS if it were the calf being drained then it s the popliteal LN , the rest goes to the superficia inguinal nodes.

The External Iliac ar laterally
The internal ILiac ar medially
I hope somebody tells what crosses over it.

Default what artery crosses ureter at the level of pelvic inlet?

Ureter enters the pelvis by crossing the bifurcation of common iliac artery in front of sacroiliac joint. The ureter then runs down the lateral pelvic wall in front of internal iliac artery until it reaches to the region of ischial spine.
