Unhappy 191 on NBME 12 (exam in two weeks) :(

Hi,
Just wanted to ask anyone if they have any advice.
I did NBME 12 today got 191, my exam is scheduled sept.23 and I really dont want to post pone. Anyone out there have advice?

Try and do some more studying this week and take another NBME to see where you stand. It frankly depends on what score target you want. Alot of people would tell you to at least get above a 205-210 on multiple NBMEs to be confident of passing the exam. So do take another NBME and see for sure where you stand. If it is still low, then postpone. If you simply just want to pass, then just pray all goes well during the exam, no hiccups whatsoever and you can break above a 190.


I will be taking my Steps in October. And i am struggling with the NBMEs too. So trust me i know the feeling. Have faith and keep working hard.

I dont have it either, and the links online all don't work or are sketch so be careful with them if you decide to use it.

How bad did you score? a fail or a 220?...you know "bad" is often relative. When i took NBME 12 few months ago i did bad as in failed it. Taking another this week. 6 weeks to exam for me too.
