Listening Completed UWorld, need another qbank

This is to the gurus out there. I have completed Uworld q bank almost twice now, and was wondering if it is ideal to start a different qbank like kaplan..etc or just keep repeating it. When doing question i am scoring high 70s & low 80s but i feel that is mostly based on my photographic memory on recalling questions.

What do you suggest?

Do usmlerx qbank. It's related to FA book. And continue doing UW no matter what.

It took me about 3 months to complete first run through. Then now i am half way through it. I started slow though, doing one block per day because reviewing the questions take time.

Yeah if i had known. I would have done Kaplan first till i got tired of it. Then moved on to Uworld.

Well you are right, the problem also was i did 30% of it in tutor mode which i regret. I took an advice from someone on here to do that. But it didn't help me much. It is better to do it once and learn the concepts well. So take your time reviewing the answers & explanations.

You can get a good share done in 2 months. most likely finish it. Just remember to go through the answers and explanations.

I have heard USMLErx is too nit picky, almost relies on direct recall memory of first aid. Quite different from the approach of uworld. What do you think of Kaplan vs usmlerx?.....

I will definitely continue uworld because i have a month left, but i feel its not helping me much now because i know every question on there. But i will just try focus more on the explanations to get more of the concepts instilled.

Thanks

make UWORLD YOUR LAST TOOL....

So do Kaplan and FA and get confident with it. Then take an NBME, then move on to uworld(finish it) along side while ready FA (2nd or 3rd time), then take another NBME....

Then from there just FA and UWORLD repetition and take NBMEs to see where you are at.

the most important thing is "FOUNDATION"....this is what you build before doing uworld. You build this from your basic science, kaplan books, Pathoma, Dit, FA or whatever you decide to use.

I am giving you an advice i wish i knew. I did all that but started uworld too early so i am now trying to solidify my foundation.
