Microbiology Antiparasitic drugs list for the USMLE

I don't think this is particularly (at least the drugs part) high yield but this is my list from First Aid - please feel free to add or elaborate:

Drug - Disease - Causative agent

1) Ivermectin - River blindness - Onchocerca volvulus.

2) Praziquantel - Cysticercosis, B12 Deficiency, Liver cysts, Schistosomiasis, Cholangiocarcinoma (after gallstones,) Lung infection and hemoptysis - Taenia Solium, Diphyllobothrium Latum, Echinococcus granulosus, Schistosoma Mansoni or hematobium, Clonorchis sinesis, Paragonimus westermani

3) Bendazoles - Various primarily obstructive or inflammatory manifestations by worms - Ascaris Lumbricoides, Enterobius Vermacularis, Strongloides stercoralis, Trichinella sprialis, Ancylostoma duodenale

4) Chloroquine / Primaquine - Malaria - Plasmodium sp.

5) Suramin and Melarsaprol - African sleeping sickness - Trypanosoma Gambisiense and T. Rhodenisiense

6) Metronidazole - Anaerobic and other infections - Giardia L., Entamoeba H. (with Iodoquinol), Trichomonas V., Garnerella.

7) Nifurtimox - Chagas Disease - Trypanosoma cruzi

8) Sodium Stibogluconate - Leishmaniasis - L. Donovani

9) Diethylcarbazine - Skin swelling (worm in eye), Elephantiasis, Visceral larva migrans and granulomas - Loa loa, Wuschereria Bancroft and Toxocara Canis

10) Niridazole - Skin inflammation and ulceration - Niridazole

11) Sulfadiazine and Pyramethamine - Congenital Toxo - T. Gondii

12) Quinine - Babesiosis - Babesia M.

13) Iodoquinol (and Metronidazole) - Flask shaped liver abcesses - Entamoeba H.,
