Help How to exactly do UWorld

I am an IMG graduated from Russia. My medical school study standards were very bad but still i have a dream to give USMLE exam. i graduated in 2009. started my usmle prep last year august. listened to kaplan videos did uworld path once this year march and after that got a gap of 4 months due to some personal problems. now i again started. please tell me how do i start.

I just want to know one thing clearly that when everyone says do uworld what do you mean exactly. coz i did uworld pathology for the 1st time in march and it took me 1 whole month. i was able to do max 25 questions per day. i used to write down pages of notes. coz i felt every point was important. how do i make out which point to write down in FA and which one not to.
please please please help me.
I'm totally freaked out

about uw, do it timed tutor, unused and click on all sections!
don't do a specific subject, do it random as in the exam.

there is a good youtube video about how to pass step 1.
go there and type how to pass step 1 and see it. It helped me.

In my opinion USMLE World should not be done in the beginning, it should be done after you have finished primary and secondary review of your books. This way you won't be overwhelmed by UW and you will use it to shape up and refine your knowledge as well as get training of how to answer questions.
