USMLE Scores uw score and nbme score ?

no u world completed and took nbme 7 got-540
2weeks after that--completed 50% of uw and took nbme 11 got 520,
2weeks after that--did 82% of uw, I decided to really test my self and did a 7 block assessment- took nbme 12 and fred 150 questions----nbme in morning and fred after that.----nbme 12 got 500, but on fred 150 --got 87% on block 1 ,89%on block 2, 91 on block 3

did uw in timed, random, after completing 82 % of it my overall score
for UW is 72%
kaplan- 69%
rx= 73 %

so the question is
why my nbme score kept on decreasing by 20 points every 2 weeks since the start of UW? and which is a better predictor of actual test score UW, or nbme or fred...and does fred score mean anything or is it just useless...

and how can i improve my nbme performance??

sure it was 73%, usually the average goes up and down depending how difficult the queations are for a particular test, for example one 46 random, timed mixed it can be rally high like 76 or if its reallh hard it can go down to 62 or 59...
