Smile TCA cycle

Hey dude,

With regards to the yield of the Citric acid cycle, First Aid is correct.
As per biochem & genetics flash cards by Lange:

Each molecule of acetyl CoA entering the cycle will yield:

Two Co2
Three NADH
one GTP

Because each NADH produces 2.5 ATP and each FADH2 produces 1.5 ATP via the ETC, the overall yield from 1 acetyl CoA is 10 ATP, i.e 7.5 from NADH, 1.5 from FADH2, and 1 from GTP.

Keep up the good work!
