Heart hypertrophic cardiomyopathy murmurs

hi every body can some explain for me why decreses in afterload and preload increase the intensity of HCM ?

Actually itz not decrease in afterload....increase afterload cuz increase preload becuz heart is unable to pump blood efficiently.... in HCM interventricular septum is hypertrophied so dnt allow blood to leave aortic valve but as preload increases it pushes interventriculum septum away from aortic valve so murmur decreaaes..corrext me guys if wrong

you are correct both increase in after and preload will decrease the murmurs

but my Qs why decrese in both afterloade and preload will increse the murmur , that is wy standing and valsalva will increase the murmus of HCM ??

valsalva + standing --> decreased preload --> decreased filling of left ventricle ---> increase in left ventricular outflow track obstruction --> hence blood need to push through a small lumen --> increased intensity
