Question Solubility of anesthetic effect on consiousness

I read somewhere that increase solubility of anesthetic like (thiopental) effect wears off quickly from brain becuz of high rate of redistibution.
But on other hand low soubilty anesthetic effect also wears off quickly becuz of low partial pressure.....
So does this mean both increase and decrease solubilty cause rapid recovery???

P.S.. Am i confusing lipid soloubilbity and blood solubility or both are same terms)

Both of them are VASTLY different (blood & lipid solubility).

Here's how I understand it:

1. Lipid solubility: Equivalent to being non-polar (coz water is polar due to dipole and thus not soluble in fats). Non polar subs take time to cross lipid membranes, encountered at blood brain barrier. So, their potency is low as they have hard time crossing BBB. And more conc will be required to produce an effect, so Min Alveolar Conc required to anaesthetize 50% patients is high.

2. Blood solubility (or blood:gas): Here, think like anaesthetic molecules are bound to plasma proteins, like hormones. Now the free form i.e. gaseous is active. So, gaseous form will not stay in blood as it's not bound to anything and will move out to CNS(rapid induction) or to Lungs(Rapid recovery).

Correct me if I'm wrong.
