Kaplan Medical Is Kaplan necessary?

I watched some kaplan videos and did a little Qbank and I noticed nothing from the video was beneficial for the Qbank? Or subject is kaplan good for?
Thanks

Kaplan is good to build a base knowledge.

As mentioned above, Kaplan is great for students who feel that their basic science foundation is lacking (for example if you went to a school where the education wasn't top-notch). So for the purpose of building a rock-solid basic sciences foundation, Kaplan can be beneficial - because I'm sure you've noticed there is a TON of material. For the actual sake of preparing for the USMLE Step 1, you want to use a combination of USMLE World qbank, FA as a guide, and if needed a more direct and step 1-specific prep program.

Good luck in your preparation!
