Question NBME 6 Score

157/200 ...

does anyone know roughly what that equates to in terms of a USMLE score?

I have done other NBMEs online... I just decided to do 6 offline for the extra practice and honestly didn't think such an old exam was worth getting online..

Unfortunately they are pretty predictive. Though when i took it, i felt NBME 6 was quite outdated and the style was quite weird and not Uworld like. So i think it might under predict ur score by maybe 5 points.

Good luck with prep. When are you taking your exam?

thanks for the reply....

Sorry I think I said that in the wrong way... I know its important to do... I was just saying I didn't think it was worth $50 to do it online..

That's why I was wondering what 157/200 would be in terms of a 3 digit score.

All the other NBMEs I've done have been online... and they kind of have different scales for each test. So I was wondering if someone knew the scale for NBME 6 specifically and could help me out.

Oh gotcha.

I think the calculation is 157 * 1.4 = 219. So yeah you should be around 209-228 on your step 1.
