Planning How does my plan looks like?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. Im planning to move to the US in the future to do my residency there. Im still a med student (from Dominican Republic, PUCMM), i start my clinical rotations on december 2013, and graduate by the end of January 2015. My goal is 240+.

My plan is to start studying for STEP 1 in february 2015, right away after i graduate. I plan on following zumzum's method. One of my concerns right now is that ill do all my readings on my PC (as i have the books's pdf) and not in "real" books. The only book i plan to buy is First Aid 2014 (so i can write my annotations in it). The reason to this is i have a low budget... Now my question is: will this approach affect how fast i study? Since the start of med school ive doing this since i cant affoard the books, it has not affected me but USMLE is a whole different thing.

What do you guys think?

PD: the only resource i plan on getting, appart from the First Aid, is the USMLEWorld Qbank. Cant affoard 2 QBanks, tho i have the qbook.
