Have you improved on ur weaknesses since nbme 15 ? carefully review nbme 7 and figure out why you got those questions incorrect ? May be take nbme 13 after a through review of FA in few days. At `400 you are basically passing, I believe the passing score is 188

General principles is esseniatially everything together.
So look at other points like cardio, resp.....and which ones you have low..those needs to be improved.
Also low general priniples can mean that you lack basic understanding....like..Hypertrophy vs Hyperplasia ...or Bax/Bcl2 in apoptosis...(those just an example)

Nbme 7 is easier...so if after 3 month u didnt improve...that means that either you study wrong or you not studying..And i mean Reading...doesnt acctully mean you studying!!!! Studying should be active and most importatnt you should understand WHAT you study.

And exam....yeah move the date...with 400 on NBME...i dont think you anywhere to be ready to take down the "BEAST"

Good Luck
