Default Biochem for step 1

So I was wondering if biochem DIT and the biochem section of FA is enough for biochem? I feel like kaplan has too much detail for biochem and genetics! I do not know what to concentrate on in that book! Help me please!!

If i were you i would concentrate on Kaplan, and watch videos at least onces for understanding concepts.

If you do then stick to FA is more then enough for Biochem IMO.
But if u lack concept kaplan is a must

Thanks! I read some of the biochem chapters (still have to read Recombinant DNA, Hormones, Lipid synthesis & storage, Lipid mobilization & catabolism, Amino acid metabolism, and Purine & pyrimidine metabolism). I have all of the genetics part left to read! It took me a week to do the other chapters and take notes and my plan was to only take a week to read all of it and take notes! I am sure it might take me another week to read and take notes on the rest and I dont have a week to waste!
