If you have time do USMLE Rx
Anatomy gross i only used Kaplan+FA
Concentrate on CT scans also ..know where is what...
Embryo FA is more then enough
Stats....Kaplan and QUESTIONS!!!!

Hi, I need to ask , how close was UsmleRx to the real exam. or if different , in what ways was it different. Question stems and content. I'd appreciate a detailed comparison between usmleRx and the real exam.

If you on the first read....FINISH it first..
Since your exam is in February, that leaves you only 3 months.
I wouldnt normally suggest doing ANY NBME after a first read. But considering your exam is soon i would do one right after to see where and how you stand!!

I dont know your background knowledge, but if you didnt even finish first read of Kaplan and your exam is in February...:no tsure:
As long as you think you will be ready by then!!!

faith255 i liked NBME 7....was the easiest i think and Qs were good. SO if i would it again i would start with 7!!!

12/13 i think the hardest
15 is good, not hard as some people say

Thanks for the response. I meant to ask how close was it to the content of the exam. Like the amount of reasoning it requires to solve UsmleRx Questions , how similar to that. and difficulty level wise as well.

Well i dont know your knowledge so its hard to suggest anything. But one thing i can say is after u done ur reading do NBME online see where u stand and you should aim to get around 240 NBME at least. After that u can see which subjects are weak and which good.
Another thing i wouldnt really sujest doing Kaplan Qbank. 2 months be4. IMO Kaplan was good as a general knowledge building tool. USMLE Rx would be better beacuse it focuses on little details and correlates with FA.
And a month before i would do UWORLD again.
Since u work 12 hours a day......i dont know how u will manage to study also. Sorry cant help u on that one!!

hope that was helpful

Good Luck

No i didnt have Videoclips, but my brother did on his exam. I think it was Facial Palsy.

I didnt really prepare for Murmus, because i had really good IM cardiology module on my school. YOUTUBE....the best source

Good luck on the exam. Dont panic, KEEP it real, You Can DO IT, think about it....its JUST an exam, and concentrate

For answers u just have to search in google, other forums.Try typing Questions first sentence and maybe something will come up where people explain it.
I think u can ask here but you CAN NOT copy paste it or paraphrase it
