Drug Neoplastic agents: griseofulvin, paclitaxel, and vinca alkaloids

Is there any difference in the moa for griseofulvin, paclitaxel, and vinca alkaloids?
I see that they all bind to tubulin and prevent mitosis from occuring.

The only difference between these in the MOA is that:
Paclitaxel hyperstabilizes the microtubles thereby inhibiting their breakdown, leading to inhibition of Anaphase
Griseofulvin inhibits the formation of the microtubule
Vincristine/Vinblastine: inhibit the formation of mitotic spindle by blocking the polymerization of microtubules

Hope this helps. My source is First Aid
