Question USMLERx Subjects are NOT specific

Hello,

Has anyone tried to pick a specific discipline? I haven't completed all of my subjects and whenever I click on Biochemistry I get a bunch of questions from other subjects like Pharm and the MOA of the drug.

I think it's because medicine as a whole is intertwined. For instance, if you pick Biochem as your subject, you may get a pharm question on coumadin because it expects you to know the biochemical re-activation of vitamin K by Epoxide Reductase which is inactivated by Coumadin. I dont have USMLERx, but I noticed a similar issue with USMLE World, and yeah I know its annoying :P My advice is just mark it, guess and move on, and then look at the marked questions later on after you've completed all your subjects :P

Yeah we all experience that so move on don't bother so much about ur overall percentage rather bother about knowing the concepts.
