Question High Yield Topics in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry?

Folks who have took the exam already
Can you guys please throw some light on what areas of Molecular /Biochem and Anatomy do we focus upon. There seems to be an increasing trend of being tested in these subjects.
Thank you.
