It is difficult question and no one can give a honest answer since they don't know you.
I suggest you ask someone who knows you very well like a good close friend (preferably a medical colleague).
IMHO nothing is impossible if you put enough effort into it.
I know someone who did it 20 yrs after Med school but it is going to be very hard since you will need a good score (over 220) without fail.
It will be like going to Med school again since things have changed and you will need at least 2 yrs to pass all three steps. Also, all those 2 yrs you have to read USMLE, think USMLE, eat USMLE and sleep USMLE (meaning that there will be no time for anything else).
Also, you will need thousands of dollars.
It's a huge investment in time and money without any guarantees of getting the residency. So, you will have to prepared for that and have a Plan B.

All said and done if you have enough "fire in your belly" it can be done.

Afterall if Edmund Hillary could do it why can't you?

I apologise for not sugarcoating it but trying to be realistic.

Hope this helps.
