Default Flecanide

Flecanide is an antiarrhythmic drug of group IC. All drugs of this group must be prescribed only for patients with atrial fibrillation and without organic changes of the myocardium. Otherwise, they increase mortality in such patients.
The question gives information about absence of significant structural changes in myocardium, thus, flecanide is the best choice.
