difference between Arthritis types

osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis , reactive arthritis,gout, tophi..
how will you differentiate them

* Osteoarthritis - Older, Heavy weight, DIP involvement, 2 types of nodules worse with use

* RA - PIP not DIP involved, ulnar deviations, gets better with use, systemic symptoms

* Reactive would be can't see(Conjunctivitis), can't pee(Urethritis), can't climb a tree(Arthritis) with Chlamydia

* Gout - Pain with meat/alcohol, tophus, podagra, deposits in soft tissue, -ve birefringent crystals
