Question Paired and un-paired sympathetic ganglia

As I understand the paravertebral ganglia exists in pairs (one nerve on each side of the vertebral column)

I have also learned that adrenal sympathetic ganglia are paired. What does this mean?
Does it mean that each chromaffin cell recieves innervation from two sympathetic ganglion, one from each side of the vertebral column?
If not please could someone explain what is meant!
Thanks so much
