Ok first thing be positive , dont be disappointed by this , You are preparing for one of the toughest exams in world so its bound to give you a hard time. Considering what you wrote i have few suggestiongs for you
1) Since you are an IMG you goal is to not just pass but to get great score and for that you have to make sure you fare well in NBME , since your NBME performance is not good i would strongly advise you to not sit in the exam right now and delay it , even if that means paying the fees again. Look just because eligibility period is getting over is no excise to sit in exam and fail it.
2) Ditch the goljan , its a horrible book for those people who dont have a good foundation of subject , pick up pathoma book and get its lectures and listen to the lectures and clear you pathologic base , it would take you from scratch and focus on high yields
3) keep doing uworld with First Aid , only doing uworld doesnt helps , you have to make its notes and annotate In First Aid all the extra concepts you get from there so make sure you do that

I think looking at your scores , if you are aiming for a decent score you need alot of preparation right now. All depends on what you want. IF You want good score and you know you can stay dedicated then just delay it and leave everything else and just focus on exam. This is going to be one of the most important exam of your life. Dont take it lightly
