Cool What the hell is System or Subject wise?

Hello everyone !! I've been reading for a long time all kind of things about the USMLE, but just today I heard about that wise thing, all I know is that is a study plan or two, so a went to Google and there is nothing specific that tells me what it is... So if anyone can help me to understand this, I will be really grateful
