Question Someone please clarify how to study (Facts vs concepts?)

Hello,
I just started my STEP 1 prep. I started with Kaplan anatomy.

My question is, should I focus properly on facts (like what enzyme does the phosphorlation of mannose in relation to I-cell disease) or should I focus on concepts more than this?

Thank you!

Yup. Both. But having the concept helps a great deal in learning the facts.
If I were you, then I would, in the first reading get concepts down to the t and later pepper it up with facts.
