Help Multiple applications to Step 1?

I have submitted usmle step 1 twice , and my second extended eligibility period will finish with the end of january 2014, so my plan was to take my exam on january but due to unexpected medical issue to my family i can't take my exam within my period and i paln now to take it in the united state after 3 months moths from now as am gonna move to the state , which mean i will pay new fee for the exam.
My question is if these multiple applications affect my personal history during the match , or if each application considered as separate appliction ?? because realy am worry now.

Thank you
