Stethoscope The location of Meckel's diverticulum pain?

where is the pain of meckel's diverticulum experienced? in which quadrant of the diaphragm?
i wouuld be extremely grateful if this was answered ASAP.

I'm not sure about which quadrant of the diaphragm (or whether diaphragm has any quadrants per say)....but its usually in the umbilical region as far as the abdominal quadrants are concerned.

Meckel's divurticulum is a part of mid-gut so the pain of meckel's diverticulitis should be experienced just like the pain of acute appendicitis. First to the umbilicus then localized to its position.
