Question Premature Menopause

29-yr-old female comes because of hot flashes, irritability, amenorrhea.
Which of the following findings are likely to be seen
1) elevated androgen
2) elevated estradiol
3) reduced FSH
4) reduced inhibin

plz explain also

i think its increased FSH, and decreased ESTROGEN level,

Pick one of the options we all know that is right answer but not in the options.

I would go in for decreased inhibin.
The patient is manifesting signs of menaupause. The only best test for menopause is FSH. Which is increased in menaupause. So inhibin which negatively regulates it must be low then!

the pt seems to be suffering from premative ovarian failiure...and like the ppl above, I too wish there were options which indicated dec estrogen inc FSH, but since those don't apply
option 4. reduced inhibin will hav 2 the 'best' ans
