First Aid FA 2014 Compared to FA 2013

I got the First Aid 2014

Comparing it to the 2013 its almost the same except more pictures included (CT, MRI ) + there are some new subjects added to the 2014
???

My Exam On March , and I'm Done from the first aid 2013 for the first time
So should I review the FA 2013 or study the 2014?
Will the exam include the new material on 2014?
I don't know what to do after making my plan regarding the time left before the exam (Review the First Aid 2013 + Doing Qbanks : UWorld + NBME)

Any advices or any help!!!

I think its unnecessary to do 2014 at this time looking at ur time line.
Reasons:
1. U hv ur notes in 2013 I guess.
2. Errors in 2014 not corrected yet
3. Need to focus on one study material and know it well.

I don`t know about Kaplan , cause i did the BRS Pathology ,
For Example , In Renal Chapter , There are Renal Tubular Defects : fanconi Syndrome , Bartter Syndrome , Gitelman Syndrome , Liddle Syndrome

Im using 2012 and have my exam in may.
i suggest rather than opening a new book altogether we can just spend some time comparing the two and making the new additions in our old FA since most of the topics will be the same but at the same time we cant afford to not know whats new and HY in the latest FA

fanconi is in all first aids..seems like their adding new genetic related diseases...maybe they will show up in UW since they do tend to update it from time to time....Not too sure, but apart from the all of the regular info, I am sure medicine has not changed much from 2011-2012-2013-2014....
Unless a new organ system was discovered that I am unaware of lol....

But nonetheless, it would be very helpful for someone to post significant changes on here

Thanks in advance to whomever is able to do so

Happy Studies Everyone
