Listening Is it possible to score 90++ with my study plan?

Hi! I'm from Indonesia. I'm a 3rd year medical student here. I already have the materials, I choose Kaplan Lecture+Video, Goljan+Audio, Pathoma+Video, CMMRS, and First Aid. I haven't start yet because I'm too scared on managing time to study. I'm just an average in school, and I've tons of exams at my school. It's like every week school gives me at least 1 exam. And in here, they don't give us that extra time to prepare for usmle. Is it possible I could score 90++ with only study 5hours/day for 6 months? Are there any spots for IMG from Indonesia? Is it really worth the time, pain, and money that we spend? I know it seems like I'm not an optimistic, but I can tell that I'm a hard worker and I believe myself. But sometimes, someone needs to be realistic, right? I would like to read all of the Kaplan materials for 3 months including Goljan, Pathoma, and CMMRS. Then go to First Aid for 1 month, and do UWorld for the next 2 months. Is it a good plan? Thankyou for taking time to read my post. I hope somebody could help me through it and give me some motivation. Gbu all
