Default Study plan for step one

I just graduated December 2013. I am looking to write step one end of June/ early July (in shaa Allah). I just started with anatomy. This is week one, and it is going very slow. I am just wondering how much detail are suppose to know this information? (I guess this question for be for people who have already written step one).

My other question is when do I have to start with uworld or q-banks? I am assuming that I would have to go through all the material before I start doing any questions. I am just wondering what people have done in the past.

Lastly, is there any particular order that we are suppose to start certain subjects with?

Basically I need help with creating a study plan. I am new with this ...

Any answers are appreciated
