life is a Game' we gota take risks''... thing dont Go the way we want but remmber only those make it to the End who keep moving ''one step at a time..
you will make it to residency donot loose Hope'

Do exceptionaly well on Step-2 '' being in USA already you have advantage over 1000s of other students''
improve CV' do 6 months rotations etc i hope you ll get residency inshaAllah

FOCUS step-2 now aim 250 +

Do you mind sharing your UWSA and NBME scores with us?
I can tell you from what I heard: Scores are important, but it is also important who you know. So start socializing and stuff. Maybe you can write up a case report for some attending or a little research. They are always looking for cheap dedicated workers! All the best!

Don't worry get higher scores in CK and step3 and clear CS in first attempt.
Along with that improve your CV by doing some rotations or observership.
You will be fine

My score even worse than yours. But I am proud of myself because I passed and you have to be proud too. You passed maybe the hardest exam from the first attempt. There are many programs that do not filter you out based on your scores, and you will have a chance to shine with your personal statement and personal skills during interview, the main goal right now is to get through other 2 exams. Also, get some work exposure at work or somehow, volunteer in research or find a doctor who would allow you to shadow them.
There are a lot of things that can strengthen your application, start working on those and forget for now about your low score!
