Question When to sit USMLE Step 1?

Has anyone here ever Sat USMLE like a month after 4th semester and passed what was your score..anyone..

Is it the end of the second year

Takumi, which year medical student are you in Japan? Preparing for the boards?

As for me, my university, 1 semester = half a year. Pre-clinical phase is 5 semesters. I am sitting for the boards at the end of the 5th semester.

Yes in my college we have the same
We finish the preclinical courses by the end of the third year
I took Step one during the third year holiday

but unfortunately I had a bad score 93

here we have 1 semester = 3 months so i guess the person who told me that had it like lemon tea.... and Takumi since when is 93 a bad score

Oh, means you are saying, has anyone took the USMLE after 1st year of med school? (since 1 semester = 3 months, hence 4 semesters would be 1 year)

Default yes anyone did step 1 at the end of the 1st yr of med school

at the end of the 1st yr of med school, how was it and did that make it easier and less stressful
