I just did Pathoma (finished it last week) and I liked it a lot. Dr. Sattar literally goes through every point in his book and expands on topics that are hard/unclear. The downside is that obviously you won't remember everything, so it's best to annotate the important points to your FA.
Good luck!
p.s. I'm also planning to do Goljan audios (already listened to 1-2 days of his lectures and he's quite good but I don't think I would have time to go through the RR book.)
Personally, I think reading through Goljan and then watching Pathoma videos is quite fine. For most parts, Pathoma seems like a condensed version of Goljan. So, upon watching videos you'll find yourself revising Goljan literally.
I did pathoma and had stars in all my nbmes/real exam in patho and systems. So i guarantee that pathoma lectures/book + uworld done right would be more then sufficient to ACE your pathology
i did pathoma and didnt see any effect ın my nbmes. İt is just good to understand some hard topics. But goljan integrates everything and i think gives everything you need to answer the usmle questions. I dont say pathoma is useless use it after you read goljan to clarify difficult subjects

Only did Goljan for my STEP 1. But if pathoma helps u ace pathology, then Goljan will help ace the entire test. Especially if u have minimal basic sciences knowledge. I'm currently preparing for STEP 2 and im still using goljan on occasion. In short, GOLJAN FTW
