Default Elephentiasis versus Lymphgranuloma Venereum

Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi and Brugia timori are the only infectious agent associated with elephantiasis, all having misquotes as the vector. Usually seen in African countries.

Chlamydia trachomatis serotypes L1 L2 and L3 causes Lymphgranuloma venereum and it's a sexually transmitted disease. Usually seen in European countries.

Similarities between the two diseases
both invades the lymphatics
both may cause genital swellings
