I need some help with this.
I'm kinda started studying pathology for preparation for the step 1 exam.
because I know that pathology is so important subject for the exam and a great deal of questions in the exam comes from pathology so I decided that my approach for this subject is to review it form pathoma and FA with pathoma videos and instead of wasting time reading a big book like goljan "rapid" review pathology, I can use an active learning method to help me manage the subject by answering questions book, answering questions for each subject I finish studying.
I choose one of these books(Robbins and Cotran REVIEW OF PATHOLOGY 3rd editition & Lippincotts illustrated Q and A Review of Rubins Pathology) because their questions are organized subject-wise.
but I'm a bit confused which of them is better and its question style is like the the type of questions we will face on exam.:notsure:
thanks in advance

I finished both of them during my Pathology courses in medical school.

I noticed that sometimes Rubin's questions were very simple and buzzword heavy, but I liked the pictures more.

The Robbins' questions I feel usually took a little more thinking.

I would also do the webpath q's. They can be done quickly.
