Default please help me

Hi everyone,

I am an IMG....preparing for step 1 from last 6 months...i took period of jan to march 31st 2014 for step 1 exam.. i gave NBME 6 online...2 days back..i got 151...i want a score between 95 to 99...i got less marks in general health topics and pharmacology and pathology...so please advice me...should i stick to this period..or should i postpone ,if i should stick then,how to improve.

I heard the best indicator is NBME 7

Thank you ,Pioneer 07 and Dr Harmonis...yes...i am thinking of revising again the subjects which i got less marks then i will give nbme 7....then i can decide to continue or postpone....

do pathoma along with goljan.. to improve in pathology.

also check out x rays and ct scans in context to neuroanatomy...
I didn't wen I was preparing and I got many many multimedia q.

Thank you so much MD-88,i did pathoma for pathology....i didn't do goljan, i will follow ,what you said...i will read again pathoma along with goljan this time....and i will also see the ct scans and x rays ...

Don't just READ pathoma... watch the lectures. With that score, there must be some sort of disconnect between your understanding. His lectures make everything easy to understand. They are SUPER CHEAP, and if you email them, they might be willing to work a discount out.

hi im left with three weeks,what do you think should i listen to the pathoma videos or pathoma book is fine,as ive already listened to videos 4 motnhs back n did the book 2 times.should i stick to the book now,as my patho scores r not very good.thnx

Hi nsesereso....my u world cumulative is 45%...my last 10 timed,mixed blocks are around 50 to 60%

Thanks for the suggestion....two step...i'm thinking of listening to pathoma videos ,only the important chapters now...because i already did, 3 months back...what do you think, i can give the exam in march last week..still there is a chance or not?
