Question Step 1 Changes in 2014

Greetings everybody,
I wonder if USMLE step 1 types of question changed in the last 2 months? One of my friends told me that the question type is different and that there are a lot of cellular biology stuff. He claims that cellular biology question were strange and that he had never seen questions like those. I am doing FA and USMLE world Q bank is that enough? what nbme do you recommend me to take before the exam. If any body took the test in January please share your experience. Any help is appreciated.
